All orders received will be processed and mailed the following business day. Exceptions include holidays, severe weather conditions, and unforeseen events that may alter delivery time.
Packages do not ship on the following holidays and Hawaiian holidays:
International Customers: Due to multiple reasons, we regretfully inform you that we are not accepting international orders, this includes Canada and Mexico. If you would like to place an order you can do so by using a U.S. address.

We have a 30 day return policy. We accept returns in new unused condition, must accompany all tags, and a RMA #. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your RMA#. Please Include your name, order #, and address in your correspondence.
There is a restocking fee of $8 on returned items.
If your item has a manufacture defect within one year of purchase please email for a RMA# and explaining the defect. Once we receive the item our staff will review and determine if we are able to repair it. If we cannot repair the item it will be our discretion to replace it with the same item (if available) or similar. Some of our items are considered art, they are on a limited run. This doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use and care or accidents. We do ask that your item is in clean condition. Items that are not cleaned will not be handled due to sanitation purposes and will not be processed or mailed back to you, unless you pay for return shipping.
NOTE: We can only issue returns and repairs in the continental United States and Hawaii.

Live Immortal will cover the cost to mail the repaired item back to you, thank you.
All Credit card orders will be refunded to the same credit card used to purchase. It will take one billing cycle to see the refund on your statement.
PayPal refunds will be issued to your PayPal account. It will take 10 business days.
Check or money order will take two weeks once we receive the item(s) is returned. We will mail a refund check.
